7. When creating an account I attached an incorrect file in relation to my identification document. What should I do;

You must notify us in writing via the contact form, stating your name, ID number and attaching the correct file and request SPECIFICALLY the correction to be made. We will then notify you, via email, that the correction has been made. It is emphasized that in case the name or the identity number does not match the information on the identification document then the correction will not be made.

Please note that your request must be made in time, so that there is enough time for the necessary actions so that you can submit your application before the submission deadline of the Scheme you are interested in.
