9. I entered an incorrect email address (e-mail) when creating an account. What should I do;

When creating an account, you are asked to enter your email address twice for verification purposes. If you entered the same incorrect email address in both fields, you will not receive a confirmation email and will not be able to create an account. Also, the identity number you provided when creating the account will remain blocked and you will not be able to create another account. Therefore you must notify us in writing via the contact form to make the relevant corrections.
